IGN Wii reports that Nintendo has announced their launch window for 2007. In addition to the stellar titles like Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, other favorites like Mario Party 8 are also within the mix. It’s nice to see Nintendo actually committing to some semblance of a date for their games (although 2007 is rather vague), and giving Wii owners a reason to be excited about buying Nintendo’s console beyond Twilight Princess. Without a doubt this holiday season is going to be jam packed with remarkable games from all three platforms. Now all we need to do is hope and pray the similar launch window applies to the US.
